Return & Refund Policy

Return requests must be initiated within 3–5 days of product delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
Customized products and sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.
Once the return is approved and received, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
